Back on track!

Activity: Trail Run
Weather: High 60's updated forecast
Required Gear: Running shoes & a great attitude
Optional Gear: Trail shoes & headlamp
Anticipated Distance/Time: 60 to 80 minutes (distance will depend on composition of the group)

Activity Details: We will start by completing a loop in the Hartley Nature Center and then then proceed on to doing an out & back along the Superior Hiking Trail.  This will be our first gathering since we combined with Tri Group in June, so it is an excellent time to bring a friend or try us out for the first time!

One More Week...

We will be postponing our fall Tuesday Night Good Clean Fun Run one additional week.  I apologize for the delay on our Tuesday night gathering.  Assuming nominal rain between now and then, we will be hitting the trails.  Check back one week from today and we will post the meeting place.

Festival 5.1k

I'm certainly way behind on this blog, not having made consistent efforts to post weekly gatherings and far worse on giving the recaps. This upcoming Tuesday, August 26, we will not be hosting a Tuesday night gathering as we will be preparing the Festival 5.1k that we are organizing. Starting the following Tuesday, we will be resuming the weekly pre-activity posting and its recap. Until then, be sure to join the Duluth Running Co at Pike Lake as they enjoy one of the last (if not THE last) tri group gathering at 6PM. Be sure to contact the store to verify the time and what activities will be involved, thought it is very likely to be a swim followed by a road ride.
