We are going to hit a bit of the Superior Hiking Trail & Piedmont Ski Trail on a shorter trail run. The conditions of the trails is unknown given the rain we had on Sunday, but the SHT has been in excellent shape and it is unlikely it will be overly wet. Nevertheless, bring some shoes that you don't mind getting a bit muddy.
After the run, we'll be splitting up. I'll be doing a short (10 to 12 miles) road ride just to get back in the saddle. I may incorporate a few hill repeats on the ride and the route is TBD.
Everything will start and end at the trailhead parking lot. Hope to see you there. As always, look for the black Honda Element as the meet point.
